Versions of the Privacy Policy
Every version since 17 July 2026, newest first. The current one is the version that applies. Each can be read in full, and compared with the one before it.
- Added your rights and how to use them, how long we keep your information, and how we keep it safe. What deletion removes now names everything that stays, and says it can still be traced to the record of your @handle. Pointed to the new Cookies and Storage page. What we store and what we do with it haven't changed.
22 October 2026
12 sections · 7 min read- Added what we keep when you report something, what the people who run Skylith keep about accounts (reports, notes, cheat flags and a record of their actions), which versions of these documents you agreed to, and which of these deleting your account removes. The human check runs across the site now, not only when you sign in or play.
9 October 2026
12 sections · 6 min read- The Shop's Treasury is closed, so Stripe receives nothing for now. Added a section on children. Reworded throughout in plainer language; what we store and do with it is unchanged.

11 sections · 6 min read- Your saves are kept with your account now, as well as in your browser, and go with your account if you delete it.
2 October 2026
11 sections · 6 min read- Added a contact address for data questions, support@skylith.io, and that Cloudflare forwards mail sent to it.
- Each section now opens with a one-line summary (“In short”). The full text of every section is unchanged and is what applies.
1 October 2026
10 sections · 5 min read- Brought up to date: purchases and Stripe, what you write in Community, achievements, standing and tags on your profile, what a browser keeps, online rooms, and the fuller list of what deletion removes.
9 August 2026
9 sections · 3 min read- Rewritten against the built service: the full list of what is stored, that Google sign-in copies nothing, the four services that handle data, avatars being public by URL, and what pausing and deletion actually do.
- Plain wording — the in-game flavour name for singleplayer replaced with what the thing actually is.
