Be Decent
In shortCompete and argue about the game as much as you like, but don't harass, threaten or insult anyone.
Compete hard and argue about the game as much as you like. Don't harass, threaten, bully or insult other players, and leave people alone when they ask you to.
Don't attack people for who they are, including their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
Keep It Clean
In shortNothing sexual, gory or illegal, and don't pretend to be someone else.
Names, handles, bios, avatars and posts must be fit for players as young as 13. That means no sexual content, no gore, and nothing that encourages self-harm or breaking the law.
Don't pretend to be another player, a member of staff, or Overhang Studios.
Only post work that's yours, or that you have permission to share and credit to the person who made it.
Keep Personal Details Private
In shortDon't share anyone's personal details without their permission, and never give out your password.
Don't post anyone's personal details, such as their real name, address, phone number, school or photos of them, without their permission.
Never give your password to anyone. Nobody from Skylith will ever ask you for it.
No Spam or Selling
In shortDon't spam or advertise, and don't offer to buy or sell accounts, cards or Skyth.
Don't flood the community with repeated posts, and don't advertise other products or services.
Don't offer to buy, sell or trade accounts, cards or Skyth for money or for anything outside Skylith.
Play Fair
In shortNo cheating, using bugs or rigging the Ranks.
No cheating, taking advantage of bugs or rigging the Ranks. Your results should be your own. The Terms of Service, Section 9, sets out what counts.
The Fair Play Policy explains how we check and what happens.
Reporting and Moderation
In shortUse Report on anything that breaks these guidelines, or write to support@skylith.io. We can remove posts, lock threads and disable accounts.
To report a post, a thread, a reply or a player's profile, use Report on it and choose what's wrong. You can add a note. You can report each thing once, and the player you report is never told who reported them.
You can also write to support@skylith.io with a link to it and what's wrong.
The people who run Skylith moderate the community. We can remove any post, thread or reply, lock a thread, and disable an account that breaks these guidelines. A disabled account can't be re-enabled from Settings, and being disabled is different from pausing your own account.
The Reports and Removal Policy explains what happens to a report, and how to ask us to remove your work if someone else posted it.
Revision history
Every version →Sections 5 and 6 now point to the new Fair Play Policy and Reports and Removal Policy, which explain them in more detail. Nothing you agree to has changed.
Reporting is built: use Report on a post, thread, reply or profile. Writing to support@skylith.io still works.
Rewritten to say plainly what isn't allowed: harassment and hate, sexual, gory or illegal content, impersonation, sharing other people's personal details, spam, and selling accounts, cards or Skyth. Reports go to support@skylith.io.
Each section now opens with a one-line summary (“In short”). The full text of every section is unchanged and is what applies.
Moderation can remove posts, threads and replies; reporting tools aren't built yet.
Plain wording — the in-game flavour name for singleplayer replaced with what the thing actually is.
Said what moderation can actually do, now that it can do it.
Moved into the Legal Center and reorganized into sections.
Placeholder guidelines drafted.
Versions from before 17 July 2026 weren't kept.
This is the version that applies today. Every earlier version of Skylith's documents is kept and can be compared with the one after it. Write to support@skylith.io with any questions.
