Reporting a Player or a Post
In shortUse Report on a post, discussion, reply or profile, and choose what's wrong. The player is never told who reported them.
You can report a post, a discussion, a reply or a player's profile. Use Report on it, choose what's wrong, and add a note if it helps. A note can be up to 500 characters.
The choices are spam, bullying or harassment, hate, sexual content, cheating, pretending to be someone and something else.
You can report each thing once. The player you report is never told who reported them.
You need to be signed in to use Report. You can also write to support@skylith.io with a link to what's wrong.
What Happens to a Report
In shortThe people who run Skylith look at each report and decide whether it breaks the rules. You aren't sent a reply.
Reports go to the people who run Skylith, who look at each one. Nobody else can see them.
If what you reported breaks the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines, we can remove it or lock a discussion. On a profile, we can remove the display name (the player is asked for a new one), the picture or the bio, or hide the showcase. We can also disable the account. What we do depends on how serious it is.
You aren't sent a reply about a report. What we keep about reports, and what deleting an account removes, is in the Privacy Policy, Section 7.
If Someone Posted Your Work
In shortWrite to support@skylith.io with a link to it and to your work. If it's yours and the use isn't allowed, we remove it.
If something on Skylith uses your work without your permission, such as your art, writing or video, or your name or trademark, write to support@skylith.io. Put “Removal request” in the subject.
Include your name and how to reach you, what the work is, with a link if it's online, and the link to where it is on Skylith. Say that you own the work or act for the person who does, that you haven't allowed this use, and that what you've written is true.
Only send a request about your own work, or about work you act for.
We look at every request. If it's valid, we remove what it names and tell you. We may disable the account of a player who keeps posting other people's work.
If Something of Yours Was Removed
In shortWrite to support@skylith.io with the link and why you think it was a mistake. A person looks at it again.
You aren't sent a message when something you posted is removed.
If you think we removed something by mistake, write to support@skylith.io from the address you sign in with. Include the link and why you think it was a mistake.
A person on the team looks at it again and tells you what we decided.
Security Problems
In shortIf you find a security problem, tell us privately at support@skylith.io. Please don't test it on other players' accounts.
If you find a way into accounts or information that aren't yours, or any other security problem, write to support@skylith.io with “Security” in the subject. Say what you found and how to repeat it.
Please don't use it, test it on other players' accounts or information, or tell anyone else until we've fixed it.
We'll reply, and we'll tell you when it's fixed.
If Someone Is in Danger
In shortContact your local emergency services first. Then tell us.
If you think someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Then report what you saw on Skylith, or write to support@skylith.io, so we can act on it too.
