Versions of the Terms of Service
Every version since 17 July 2026, newest first. The current one is the version that applies. Each can be read in full, and compared with the one before it.
- Sections 4, 8 and 9 now point to the new Fan Content Policy, Reports and Removal Policy and Fair Play Policy, which explain them in more detail. Nothing you agree to has changed.
22 October 2026
15 sections · 10 min read- Added that some accounts hold roles, shown as tags, and that nobody can act on an account ranking at or above their own.
9 October 2026
15 sections · 10 min read- Rewritten in full. New sections: who can use Skylith (13 and over), using the game and who owns it, what you post, other services, no guarantees, and the limits on our responsibility. Nothing is sold for money while the Shop's Treasury is closed.
8 October 2026
9 sections · 4 min read- Your saves are kept with your account now, as well as in your browser, so a save carries on on every device you sign in on.
2 October 2026
9 sections · 4 min read- Added a contact address: support@skylith.io.
- Each section now opens with a one-line summary (“In short”). The full text of every section is unchanged and is what applies.
1 October 2026
8 sections · 3 min read- Things are sold now: Skyth, card packs and relics (Stripe, no value outside the game, random packs with their odds shown, refunds, trading still closed). Added your saves (three, Hardcore deleting a save on a loss, selling a card, what stays in the browser) and staff accounts.
9 August 2026
6 sections · 2 min read- Brought in line with the built service: development-build expectations, the permanent handle and 30-day display-name limit, pausing and deletion, and moderation.
- Plain wording — the in-game flavour name for singleplayer replaced with what the thing actually is.
17 July 2026
4 sections · 1 min read- 16 July 2026. Placeholder terms drafted.
- 17 July 2026. Moved into the Legal Center and reorganized into sections.
Versions from before 17 July 2026 weren't kept.
